The RailOne App is a mobile app launched by Indian Railways on July 1, 2025. It brings all passenger services into one place. You can book tickets, check train status, order food, and more using this single app. It replaces the need for separate apps like IRCTC Rail Connect, UTS, NTES, Rail Madad, and Food on Track.
It is available free on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and developed by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems).
Before RailOne, passengers had to use different apps for different tasks:
Now, everything is in one place. The app saves time and phone storage.

Booking tickets, tracking trains, ordering food, and even filing complaints can now all be done in one place. While it still needs updates like Tatkal bookings and faster performance, it’s a helpful tool already. And with regular updates, it will only get better.
The RailOne App is now an important part of modern train travel in India. If you travel by train often, it’s worth downloading and trying out.
